    Williamsburg police arrested Ray. L. Banks Jr. at about 10:35 a.m. Friday after about $500 in coins was taken from the Cumberland Heights Apartments complex.

    Two were arrested Wednesday by Williamsburg police.  According to Chief Wayne Bird, Detective Bobby Freeman and other officers were able to locate several items pawned and sold at local pawn shops in Williamsburg.
