Gray man found lying in ditch on Old State Road
Thursday at about 6:35 p.m., a man was found lying in a ditch on Old State Road, about seven miles south of London.
Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Milton Storm was sent to investigate the situation and with Constable Tim May found that David R. Hill, 40, of Gray, was under the influence of alcohol in a public place.
Hill told police he had killed his girlfriend. However a girlfriend was not found, reported Deputy Gilbert Acciardo.
Hill was taken to the Laurel County Corrections Center.
Three arrested in London
Laurel Sheriff’s Detective Jason Back and Lt. Rodney Van Zant made three arrests Thursday afternoon at about 4 p.m.
The arrests were made in conjunction with the London office of the U.S. Marshal Service.
The three were found on Blake Drive in London.
William Wilder, 28, and Angela Roark, 33, were charged on a Laurel County indictment warrant for making methamphetamine.
Also Mindy S. Wilder, 26, was charged with first-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.
They were taken to the Laurel County Corrections Center.
