CORBIN — Corbin Police Assistant Chief Bruce Rains confirmed he was told beer sales should begin sometime Wednesday afternoon at Rite Aid on Cumberland Falls Road.
About 8 a.m. Wednesday, a beer truck arrived at the store, which seems first in line to sell beer following the city's Feb. 14 vote in which a majority of the city's residents said "yes" to alcohol sales.
