Don Moses has been tapped by Whitley County Judge/Executive Pat White as Whitley County attorney, according to a press release issued by White Tuesday.
Moses has been an attorney since 1972 and a former Whitley County assistant attorney, the release indicated.
Moses' appointment fills the vacancy left by the recent appointment of Paul Winchester to the 34th Circuit Court judge's seat.
