Cracker Barrel announces arrival of new retail manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. announced the transfer of Eileen Gibbs to the position of retail manager of its Corbin location.

Eileen has been with the company since May 2003, most recently as part of the management team in London. She will be coming back to Corbin where her career with Cracker Barrel began.

As retail manager of the Corbin Cracker Barrel location, Eileen will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business of the retail store.

 The Corbin Cracker Barrel unit is located at I-75 and Highway 25E and features a working cobblestone fireplace, retail store filled with nostalgic gifts and collectibles, and traditional, homemade fixin’s that Cracker Barrel restaurants are known for across the country. Popular dishes include meatloaf and homemade chicken n’ dumplins as well as made from scratch biscuits.
