Thelma (Cornelius) Lay, 97, of Pine Knot, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at McCreary County Health and Rehab Center.

She was the wife of the late Lawrence Lay.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Croley Funeral Home.
