Opal Rebecca Hart passed away Oct. 3, 2009, in Santa Ana, Calif. She was the daughter of the late David Alfonso and Mary Hart.
Survivors include her nephew, Mark Gold, and her niece, Mary Bacca.
A graveside memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at Resthaven Cemetery in Corbin with Mark Gold officiating.
Hart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
