Larry J. Lay, 58, of Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at his residence.
He was the son of Retha Rose Lay.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Lay Addition of Keswick Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today (Friday) at the funeral home chapel.
Croley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
