To celebrate the upcoming move to a new building, Corbin Public Library has declared August a “Fine Free Month.” Library patrons are encouraged to check under their beds, on their shelves and in their book bags for overdue materials. Plus, patrons who currently owe fines and fees for materials already returned will also be forgiven. The Fine Free Month will continue until the new building opens; however, patrons who dawdle until October must pay overdue fees.
