Corbin High School graduate Courtney Norvell, 19, competed against around 150 girls from all over the country earlier this week and ultimately won the Miss All-American Girl title.
Norvell sang “Let it Be” in the talent competition as well as competed in an interview competition, runway modeling and evening gown competition. Norvell won the interview competition and runway modeling competition as well as the title of Miss All-American Girl.
Norvell is a sophomore at Eastern Kentucky University where she majors in broadcasting. Since the pageant, she has been asked to model for Tops in Lexington.
Norvell said other Corbin residents competed in the competition as well, including Taylor Thomas who won the Overall Photogenic title.
