Earlier tax bills help during the holidays
I would like to take the time to thank our county court clerk Kay Schwartz for getting property taxes out by Oct. 1st and giving the taxpayers more time to pay their taxes before the holidays are upon us, and also for not putting a late fee on them for two months. It is refreshing to have help in these bad economic times.
This will help the taxpayers out in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and help those who might otherwise have to pay that tax bill during a time of year that is so dear to so many. This will give families a chance to buy Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas presents for their families. Thanks to all the others who helped her make this possible.
Who says politicians don’t look out for the people? Some still do. It will make it much easier for those of us with children to be able to perhaps have a better holiday season than we otherwise would have. Thanks again, Ms. Schwartz.

Toyota cars vs. Made in America
Regarding your survey on “How much faith do you have in Toyota?”: No, I would never purchase a foreign car. I cannot understand why any American would. What happened to our pride?

Let’s return our government to the Constitution
The recent attack propaganda by the liberal, (or if you prefer to label it “progressive”) news media and the Democratic candidate against pro-constitutional Senate candidate, Republican Rand Paul, reminds students of history of the tactics employed by the primary socialist of the World War II era. His name was Adolph Hitler.
