Fifty Indicted

Majority of those indicted in Laurel face drug charges

Fifty people were indicted by a Laurel County grand jury this month — 37 for drug-related offenses.

Four eastern Kentuckians were indicted on four counts Friday — Henry Clayton Smith of Hyden, Beuford Caldwell of Bear Branch, Eugene Brock of Hoskinnston and Billy Edward Brock of Hyden were each charged on or about Nov. 1, 2008 with possessing methamphetamine precursors.

Caldwell and Billy Brock were also charged with being persistent felony offenders.

Caldwell has a murder conviction from Leslie County. He had also been convicted of promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance in Perry County.

Billy Brock was convicted of trafficking in a controlled substance in Grant County.

Three people — Lillian Ann Jones of Hyden and Tina L. Starks and James Elijah Causey, both of London — were indicted on unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors for allegedly having pseudoephedrine in their possession during an incident on Dec. 4, 2008.

Jones was additionally charged with allegedly being a persistent felony offender because she had been previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Leslie County.

Linda Ann Hundley and James Everett Zeo, both of London, and Taresa G. Collins of Lily were indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors, also pseudophedrine, for an incident that occured on Nov. 11, 2008.

Other indictments include:

• Kendra Nichole Sams, AKA, Kendra Sams Cole, Manchester, possessing methamphetamine precursors, possession of a controlled substance.

• Larry Wayne Moore, Manchester, possession of a controlled substance

• Charles Edward Gray, Manchester, possession of a controlled substance

• Fabian Lee Wilson, Manchester, possessing methamphetamine precursors

• Roger Alford Stewart, Staffordville, possesssing methamphetamine precursors, second-degree persistent felony offender

• Imogene Steward, AKA, Imogene Gilbert, possessing methamphetamine precursors and second-degree persistent felony offender

• Eric Donald Sizemore, East Bernstadt, possession of methamphetamine precursors and persistent felony offender

• Jerry Wayne Bowling, London, possession of methamphetamine precursors

• Cecil Wayne Burkhart, Manchester, possession of methamphetamine precursors and first-degree persistent felony offender

• Kenneth Ray Rawlings, Manchester, possession of methamphetamine precursors and first-degree persistent felony offender

• Dudley Will Wagers, East Bernstadt, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, second offense

• Dudley Wilson Wagers, Jr., East Bernstadt, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, second offense

• Teresa Ann Napier, AKA, Teresa Ann Chamberlain, London, trafficking in marijuana of five pounds or more, first offense

• Alicia D. Boggs, London, trafficking in marijuana of five pounds or more, first offense

• Rhonda Renee Stewart, Corbin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance

• Michael Smith, London, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance

• Debra McQueen, London, manufacturing methamphetamine, driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to give proper signal, operating a vehicle with expired registration plate and second-degree persistent felony offender

• Heather Arlene Collins, London, theft of a prescription blank, first offense, four counts of fraud or false statement in obtaining a controlled substance or regarding a prescription, first offense

• Coy Shane Grubb, London, four counts of fraud or false statement in obtaining a controlled substance or regarding a prescription, first offense

• Melinda Dawn Doan, AKA, Melinda Dawn McClanahan, East Bernstadt, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance

• Frankie Lee Doan, East Bernstadt, possessing methamphetamine precursors, first-degree persistent felony offender

• Alonzo Jackson, AKA, Lonzo Jackson, possession of methamphetamine precursors, first-degree persistent felony offender,

• Teresa Marie Melton, Annville, possessing methamphetamine precursors, first-degree persistent felony offender

• Cy David Doan, London, manufacturing methamphetamine, second offense

• Rhonda Renee Stewart, Corbin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance

• Nicholas Todd Grigsby, Booneville, two counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance

• William Brown, Jr., Corbin, first-degree burglary, theft of over $300, theft of a firearm and second-degree criminal mischief

• Michael Braddock, Corbin, first-degree burglary, theft of over $300, theft of a firearm, second-degree criminal mischief and carrying a concealed deadly weapon by having a knife on his person

• Robbie Goley Wilburn, Corbin, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300

• Roger Moore, Corbin, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300

• Rodney Keith Smith, Corbin, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300

• Michael Grubb, London, first-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300 and theft of a firearm

• Matthew Bell, Manchester, first-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, theft of a firearm and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon

• Silas Eaton, London, first-degree burglary and persistent felony offender

• Lucas Nantz, London, second-degree burglary

• Joshua Duane Hatfield, Corbin, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument

• Phillip McWilliams, Corbin, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of marijuana

• Brian Moore, Keavy, second-degree and being a persistent felon

• Joshua Lee Allen, East Bernstadt, second-degree criminal abuse

• Jerry DeWayne Lowe, Corbin, failure to comply with sex offender registration and being a registered sex offender residing in a prohibited area, first offense

• Amanda Mullins, Berea, unauthorized use of a medical identification card
