A Corbin man was arrested Monday after police found him performing a sexual act while on the lawn at Forcht Bank on CVB Drive in London, according to London Police Chief Stewart Walker.
Ricky Lovins, 52, was arrested after police received a report that a man was exposing himself. He is charged with first-degree indecent exposure and first-degree disorderly conduct.
Lovins was jailed in the Laurel County Corrections Center.
Officer Jacob Bormann and Sgt. Danny Robinson responded to the call. Bormann continues the investigation.
