Dustin Hubbard, 19, of Woodbine, was indicted in Knox County Friday on first-degree robbery.
He had reportedly used physical force armed with a handgun while robbing the Dream World Adult Store on U.S. 25E in northern Knox County.
• Also Brandi Storms, 28, of Corbin, was charged with theft of a firearm.
• David Mason, 47, of Barbourville, was also charged with theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO).
• Frank S. Smith, 47, of Barbourville, was charged on two counts of receiving a stolen firearm.
• Carolyn M. Smith (aka Vaughn), 47, of Gray, first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Dewayne Swafford, 36, of Barbourville, receiving stolen property worth over $10,000, receiving stolen property over $500 to $10,000, receiving less than $500, third-degree escape, second-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree PFO.
• John Bays, 45, of Artemus, and Johnny Slone, 45, of Woolum, two counts receiving stolen property worth $500 to $10,000 and Bays second-degree fleeing or evading police.
• Ryan Abner, 20, of Corbin, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts theft by deception over $500 or less than $10,000, two counts second-degree theft of identity of another without consent, and giving a police officer a false name or address.
• David Bays, 34, of Bryants Store, theft by unlawful taking of $500 or less than $10,000.
• Brandi Partin, 30, of Barbourville, theft by unlawful taking over $500 or less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief and theft of identity of another without consent and first-degree PFO.
• Michael North, 34, of Flat Lick, and Michelle Murphy, 37, of Cannon, first-degree robbery.
• Kelly Wilson (aka Combs, Walker), 32, and Joshua Helton, 30, both of Corbin, and David Davis, 47, of Bryants Store, second-degree robbery, Wilson and Davis, second-degree assault, second-degree fleeing or evading police, Wilson possession of a controlled substance in an improper container, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a domestic violence order and possession of marijuana and Davis first-degree PFO.
• Emery Benge, 31, of Corbin, first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault.
• Jerry Brown, 34, of Barbourville, and Jonathan Brown, 28, of Artemus, two counts first-degree burglary and Jerry Brown possession of a convicted felon possessing a firearm.
• Timothy E. Taylor, 32, of Williamsburg, and Larry Bl Helton, 28, of Corbin, two counts second-degree burglary and each first-degree PFO.
• Tony Roark, 26, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication.
• George Dorsey (aka Lyttle), 58, of Barbourville, 12 counts of first-degree rape, 16 counts of sodomy and 28 counts of incest.
• Timothy Lunsford, 30, of Barbourville, three counts first-degree sexual abuse and three counts distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
• David S. Gambrel, 32, of Barbourville, flagrant non-support.
• Jason Hubbard, 37, of Flat Lick, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and second-degree PFO.
• Eric Johnson, 31, of Corbin, Sylvia Hobbs, 31, of Barbourville, and Billy Marsee, 30, of Gray, making methamphetamine and Johnson, second-degree PFO.
• Peggy Hoskins, 50, of Gray, and Allie Queener, 22, of Barbourville, making meth, unlawful possession of meth and three counts fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment of a child.
An indictment is a formal charge by a grand jury and is not a conviction or an admission of guilt.

Drugs suspected in fatal Knox County crash
Drug use may have been a factor in a crash Monday in Knox County in which an 11-year-old boy was killed, according to Kentucky State Police Post-10 Harlan Public Affairs Officer Trooper Shane Jacobs and Sgt. Jimmy Young.
