Kentucky State Police Det. Colan Harrell escorted James H. Jones into the Whitley County Detention Center. Jones was arrested by the Fort Payne Police Department in Alabama. He was wanted in connection with the death of his 13-year-old niece, Hailee Martin, who died after falling off a vehicle driven by Jones.
