LAUREL COUNTY —
A domestic complaint Tuesday night ended with a Laurel County man’s arrest.
Layton L. McQueen, 30, of Sowders Lane in London, was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of marijuana.
He was jailed in the Laurel County Detention Facility in London.
The incident happened at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, five miles south of London on U.S. 25.
According to Laurel County Sheriff John Root, Senior Sgt. Greg Poynter was sent to a domestic complaint. When he got there, Sgt. Poynter could hear a disturbance between the property owner and a man. An investigation determined the man had broken a window on the property when the property owner asked him to leave.
At the time of McQueen’s arrest, marijuana was discovered, which led to his possession of marijuana charge.
