CORBIN —
Special to the Times-Tribune
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has scheduled a Public Information Meeting for the proposed roundabout-type intersection upgrade at KY 363 and KY 1006 in Laurel County.
The meeting will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Cumberland Valley Area Development District headquarters, 342 Old Whitley Road, London.
The open format of the meeting will allow interested participants to join the meeting at any point between 5-7 p.m.
The proposed project will reconstruct the KY 363-KY 1006 intersection in the Sublimity City community. The purpose of the meeting is to show right-of-way plans to affected property owners and to introduce the roundabout-type intersection to the members of the driving public who may not be familiar with it. Anyone having an interest in this project is urged to attend this meeting.
