U.S. 25W (Main Street) in Corbin will be closed at the 11th Street intersection beginning at 9 p.m. on Thursday and concluding at 3 a.m. on Friday.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to conduct storm sewer repairs.
All work is scheduled on a tentative basis and is subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
Road condition reports for District 11 routes are available by calling 511 or by visiting the 511 travel and traffic information web site at http://511.ky.gov.
