A driver who nearly collided with a guardrail and another car was arrested Saturday after he failed a sobriety test, according to the Corbin Police Department.
Hubert Hubbard, 44, of Corbin, was arrested on multiple charges after police stopped him on I-75 following a report of a reckless driver, police said.
Hubbard was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence and reckless driving, police said. He also had an outstanding warrant from Laurel County, police said.
Hubbard was booked into the Whitley County Jail.
