CORBIN — Woman admits to shooting death

“He’s dead.” That’s what Charlene Sue King, 49, of Barbourville, repeated seven times to a Knox County 911 dispatcher Tuesday after she admitted shooting a Barbourville man to death.

Business license ordinance gets first reading

Next month, the City of Corbin will have a new Director of Parks and Recreation.

Main Street in Corbin to be closed
