CORBIN — Ethel Pennington Parks, 94, of Corbin, died Sunday morning, Nov. 4, 2012, at The Heritage. She was the mother of Louise Hensley, of Corbin. Arrangements will be announced by Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
