Lowell Cecil, 71, of Kay Jay and Owens Hollow, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, in Bristol, Va.
He was the husband of Mary Mullis Cecil.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Lunsford Cemetery in Kay Jay.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.
Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
