Billy Lee Phillips, 65, of London, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Bowling Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday at Cox Funeral Home and at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Bowling Funeral Home.
Bowling Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
