Lois Mills Penn, 69, of Barbourville, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at Saint Joseph London.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Beacon Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Nan Riley Cemetery in Woollum.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the funeral home.
Hopper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
