Lonnie Ray Miller, 63, of Turkey Creek, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital in Hyden.
Graveside services will be at noon Saturday at Carnes Cemetery at Turkey Creek.
There will be no visitation
Knox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
