Chevy Nicole Blankenship, of Sandgap, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Saint Joseph-London.
She was the daughter of Chris Blankenship and Brittany Brock.
Graveside services were at 1 p.m. Sunday at McDaniel Cemetery in London.
There will be no visitation.
London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
