Tommy Collett, 46, of London, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Bowling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
