Doyle Campbell of Jacks Fork Road, Rockholds, Ky., passed away at his home on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009. He was 46 years, 6 months and 21 days of age. He was born Jan. 22, 1963, in Boone County, Ky. to the late Carl and Alafair (Phipps) Campbell. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry David Walker, a sister, Sharron Campbell Daugherty and a nephew, Jason Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Campbell of Rockholds, Ky.; two daughters, Tamara Campbell and her fiancé, Daniel Jones, and Katelynn Cecil, all of Rockholds; two grandsons, Nathaniel and Christopher Jones of Rockholds; four brothers, Loyall Campbell and his wife Deniese of Florida, Ray Walker and his wife Pat of Covington, Ky., Harold Walker of Covington and Donnie Campbell of Florida; a sister, Karen Campbell and her husband Kenneth Eades of Danville, Ky.; sister-in-law, Peggy Lemaster; brother-in-law, Gary Hendrickson and his wife Becky; father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Carolyn Hendrickson of Rockholds; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the memorial service Sunday at the Corbin Presbyterian Church.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, at the Corbin Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Manon officiating.
