LEXINGTON — Whitley County’s Jon Siler continued his impressive wrestling in the 120-pound division Friday by advancing to quarterfinal action of the KHSAA State Wrestling Tournament.
Siler improved to 22-1 on the season after defeating both Keith Ilano (pin 4:42) and Conner Jaschen (majority decision, 17-8).
Teammate Brandon Lawson dropped his first round decision in the 220-pound division, losing to Cameron Mattingly by pinfall.
