Shelton’s 26-point effort leads Williamsburg past Paris, 70-59

PARIS — Patrick Robinson’s Williamsburg Yellow Jackets picked up their fifth win of the season after upending Paris at home Saturday, 70-59.

The Yellow Jackets (5-13) led 17-15 at the end of the first quarter and 38-32 at halftime before outscoring the Greyhounds 32-27 during the second half to pick up the win.

Corey Shelton led Williamsburg with 26 points while Skylar Griffith followed with an 18-point effort.
