CORBIN —
There were many stars shining at Barbourville’s “I Believe in Santa Claus” Christmas Parade last Saturday night, but the biggest star to warm the chilly evening was Ole Saint Nick himself. Here he is, along with Mrs. Claus and a few of his helpers of all ages. Saturday’s parade was the first of three in the Tri-County region for the holiday season.

I-75 Southbound Back Open at Tennessee State Line
The southbound lanes of I-75 have reopened and are flowing again after a multi-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning shut down both southbound lanes near the Tennessee state line. Traffic had been rerouted off Exit 11 in Williamsburg into Jellico, Tn. until the I-75 opened back up at 12:30 p.m. For more please read the Wednesday edition of the Times Tribune.
