CORBIN — Whitley County Board of Elections Supervisor Kay Schwartz takes in the totals from Liberty Precinct poll workers, from left, Betty Meadors, Patricia Ball and Robert Ball. All precincts reported no technical issues during Tuesday’s election, and the last precinct came in just after 8 p.m.
